Need a copy of a Vehicle Record?

Effective September 13, 1997, disclosure of personal information contained in motor vehicle records have been restricted. The Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act requires that personal information in DMV records be closed to the public.

Personal information from these records may be released to individuals or organizations that qualify.

To see if you qualify for obtaining vehicle information from the Division of Motor Vehicles follow the steps below:
