It has been reported that when using the consultant's workspace,
particularly the Location workspace, some dgnlib levels are
missing. We have discovered a problem with the consultants
workspace where the unit's configuration file is not read. We
have made a change in the english and metric pcf files to fix
this. We also added the following line to the
consultant_mslocal.cfg file:
NCDOT_CONSULTANT_WORKSPACE = True (line 18 in the new file).
Please update your NCDOT_V8_CONFIG folder from our ftp
site. Either use the new consultant_mslocal.cfg file or add line
number 18 into your existing file. This should fix the missing
levels problem.

foldercreator.bat - A batch file which will create the Standard NCDOT Directory Structure.
