When you use the Helpdesk to report CADD problems, be sure to specify the type of problem (i.e. MicroStation, GEOPAK, plotting).
For General PC related issues, the Helpdesk provides the first line of support. In other words, they will try to resolve your problem, and then refer the problem, if needed. For CADD related issues, the Helpdesk passes the request directly to the appropriate person in CADD Services.
