What is IPLOT Organizer
IPlot Organizer is a Windows application for plotting MicroStation design files and raster data. Organizer provides a standard Windows interface that allows you to plot or re-plot entire drawing sets in a single step. It gives you full control over plot sets and the plots they contain. You can add, delete, reorder, view and modify the properties of individual or multiple plots, and preview and print all or some of the plots. You can also control how information about the plots in a set is displayed in the Organizer main window.
Using Organizer, you can plot a set of files without saving or reusing the plot sets. Or, you can create a plot set for a particular set of files to be plotted periodically. You can use previously created iparm files or dgn files with a specific shape that defines the plot area. Organizer can also run from the command prompt.
How to use IPLOT Organizer
Under Start->Programs->Interplot Utilities choose Interplot Organizer.

When you open IPLOT Organizer, you should receive the following dialog box prompted you to either create a new plot set or open an existing plot set. If you don’t get this box, just go under file and choose "Create Plots".

In the "Create Plots" Dialog box, choose "Add" and path to the Iparm files you have already created. You can then select all the files you would like to plot at once and choose "Open".

Then choose "Ok" and the following dialog box will appear.

After opening organizer, be sure to set the printer under File>Print setup if you're opening *.i files or *.ips files created with a different printer connected. For example, if you work in Hydro and you want to print from Roadway's halsize.ips fiel, set the printer to your "bsize" plotter and then open the ips. This will ensure that the plot scale is maintained.
Then click on the print icon and make sure you picked the same printer as the Iparm files were created for.
You can also choose the Iparm files in Explorer and drag and drop the files into the IPLOT Organizer dialog box.
You can use an existing .ips file (file generated by Iplot Organizer that contains the iparm files and settings) by choosing File>Open or you can drag and drop this file into the title bar of IPLOT Organizer.
You can also create plot sets from existing dgn files. From Iplot Organizer choose File>Create Plots. The following box will appear.

Choose Add and select the proper directory and the files you want to plot and select OK. From the Plot Creation Options select Browse to choose a set file. If you do not have a set file you must specify options under Manually specified options.
