PC Training Unit |

The mission of the PC Training Department is to train desktop computer users in the effective use of computer
software for the performance of their daily job assignments. Our objective is to develop a high level of
competency and confidence in the use of Microsoft Office productivity tools such as Windows, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access and Project as well as other software applications designed for desktop users.
The PC Training
Unit maintains training facilities in Raleigh and Hickory to meet the training needs of all Divisions and Units or The
