Construction Career Days events are educational and hands-on activities designed to introduce high school students to careers in the construction industry. The CCD events in North Carolina have been successful with the support of local agencies, schools, industry, equipment dealers, suppliers, and community colleges. Since 2001, 27,000 high school students have participated in CCD events across the state.
