Every school shall maintain a business office open to the public in a permanent-type building. Schools or branches may not be located within or adjacent to a building in which applications for driver licenses are received by the Division; and no business may be solicited on property occupied by or adjacent to a building in which applications for driver licenses are received by the Division.
