In bad weather how can I find out when my road will be cleared and/or salted?

The Division's maintenance crews work diligently to maintain the safest winter driving conditions possible.  Yet when snow falls, it is practically impossible to define specific schedules.  The Division has established policies regarding the order in which roads are cleared.  (Interstate highways first, Primary and Major Secondary roads next, then Paved Secondary roads, and then remaining secondary roads)  In the event an emergency rescue or evacuation must occur, contact the local Rescue Squad.
