Operations consists of several units: Safety, Division Design, Traffic, ITS, Roadside Environmental, and Equipment.

      The Traffic Department is responsible for Signing and Signal Requests, roadway markings, and analyzing safety improvements.

      The Design Department is responsible for designing many of the safety improvement projects, as well as other identified and funded needs.
