Division 6 Tracey Conrad Pittman, PE Division Construction Engineer
The Division Construction Unit is responsible for all major construction projects within Division 6. These projects include Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) projects, resurfacing projects, and those projects that are let to contract through the Division Design and Construct (DDC) office in Fayetteville. The Division Environmental Office works to ensure that all Division 6 construction and maintenance projects are completed in compliance with strict environmental guidelines. The Quality Assurance (QA) Lab oversees the Contractor's Quality Control Labs and asphalt production for materials used on any Division 6 construction project. The Resident Engineer Offices handle the day to day operations of contract administration and engineering stakeout. This includes inspecting the Contractor's work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with the plans and specifications.
