SBP 100	COORDINATOR CERTIFICATION TRAINING COURSE
	The candidates will learn communication skills, the different roles of an instructor, and how to conduct an effective training session. The candidates will also master the fundamentals of on-the-job training techniques. The course is both skill and competency based. Candidates for this course must be recommended by their division engineer and/or statewide unit head.

	Must be in skill based pay program
	Must be recommended by division engineer and/or statewide unit head
	Course length: 1 day
