How do I enter the Available Quantity on a Field Inspection Report?

HiCAMS version 7.2.1includes several changes regarding FIR Alternate IDs and Alternate ID quantities.

FIR windows affected by this change are:

• Concrete Pipe
• Corrugated Metal Pipe
• Guardrail
• Precast Concrete
• Prestressed Concrete

Beginning with the 7.2.1 release, each Alternate ID entered will require an Alt ID quantity. This change will help the HiCAMS application properly account for Alt ID quantities if/when the Alternate ID is associated with an Material Receipt.

A new field will be provided on the Alt ID tab where these quantities can be entered. The individual Alternate ID's available quantity will be reduced each time an MRR is linked to the Alternate ID.

Once an Alternate ID's available quantity reaches 0.000, no additional MRRs can be linked to that Alternate ID.
