A correction has been made to the Amount calculation to round the amount to two decimal places; previously this amount was truncated. This will ensure the amount is accurate for payment processing.
Added the Resurfacing indicator. Checking this indicator assignes a Function Code of 5086 to all Line Items on the Contract.
Increased the number of characters assigned to the Work Order Number from nine characters to 24 characters for all database references in anticipation of the BSIPS implementation.
Double-clicking on a specific Line Item will open the View Line Item Details window, and set the focus on the selected line item.
The Subcontractors performing the work for a Work Order Line Item can be viewed on the Subcontracts tab. The unit price reflects the work to be performed by the Subcontractor as well as any DBE, MB, or WB certifications for the Subcontractor (if applicable).
Double-clicking on one of the Subcontracts listed on the Subcontracts tab will navigate to the specified Subcontract in Maintain Subcontracts
