Activate Contracts

Version 7.1 Changes

Changed the wording on the filter label from “Authorized Contracts Pending Activation for:” to “Executed Contracts Pending Activation for:”.

Added a checkbox to designate if the contract has a Project Guarantee and what the time period on the guarantee is.

The system no longer requires Route Number to be entered if None is selected as the Route Type.

Review Work Items has been removed from the right-mouseclick function in the verify portion of the window.

Expanded the edits and messages to ensure only positive values are entered for Fuel Factors, Fuel Base Price and AC Base Price.

Expanded the edits and messages in Set Warranties to ensure Start Date precedes the Stop Date, that the Start Date is greater than the Contract Work Start Date, and that the number of days is positive.

The Staff dropdown is no longer available in this window. Instead, click on the Staff icon to select a staff person.
The Fuel Factor Adjustment indicator is now checked when a fuel factor is entered on a generic line item.

The TIP number has been removed from the Authorized Contracts Pending Activation list in order to eliminate confusion over the same contract being displayed multiple times if the contract was related to more than one TIP.
The 100% State Funded indicator (previously State Funded) is now automatically set by the system.
Verify Bill of Materials: A warning message will be given when the Verify button is clicked if there are conversion factors that require updates because the Master Conv Unknown check box is checked on the Material. This indicator is checked when the Matierl's conversion factor varies from contract to contract.
