Contract Adjustments

Version 6.1.1 Changes

• For Supplemental Agreement line items created for negative quantities, the system will no longer create Contract Bill of Materials records. This will help prevent users from inadvertently associating Material Receipts, Tickets and other line item/material-specific data to the negative line items. Since those negative line items won’t have materials associated to them, they won’t show up in drop-down lists on material-related windows. Eliminating materials from those line items will also simplify the output of Project Certification and reports such as the Contract Materials with Line Items and Contract Bill of Materials.

Version 4.1 Changes

• Renumbering line items after a delete now enforces line item number uniqueness.

  Renumbering line items after creating line items with several Review Contract Adjustments windows open now enforces line item number uniqueness.
