Print CCU Estimates

Version 6.3 Changes

• Removed the Assessment of Liquidated Damages section of the Final Estimate report on the version printed for Fiscal.

Version 6.2.1 Changes

• Corrected a problem in the Print CCU functionality that occasionally caused an Estimate to print a blank page. The problem also was corrected when printing Estimates via the Review Estimates window.

Version 6.2 Changes

• The Fiscal version of the Estimate report has been modified to only display contract and WBS summary information (the line item detail information has been removed).

Version 5.7 Changes

• The date on the Estimate list has been updated to display the Approval date as opposed to the current date.

• A correction has been made to the Print CCU function to display the subtitle Contract Final Estimate when an Estimate is re-printed. Previously, the subtitle was displaying as either Monthly or Supplemental.

Version 5.6 Changes

• The process used to print the signatures on the Estimate Reports has been updated to ensure the signature file can be located and printed regardless of the user's working directory.

Version 5.3 Changes

• Added Insert and Delete buttons to allow users with the proper security to add estimates to the print queue when the estimate is in a processed status.

Version 4.4 Changes

• The electronic signature of the State Construction Engineer will appear when the Construction Estimate Report, Fiscal Estimate Report, and Contractor Estimate Report are printed from the Print CCU Estimates menu item.

• Changed the computation for the Total Amount column on all four Estimate Reports so that the amount of $0.00 is displayed as black $0.00, not red or black.
