Review Density Asphalt Nuclear QC

Version 5.6 Changes

• The Roadway Technician drop down list has been updated to include technicians with the following certifications:

  • QMS Nuclear Density Technician

  • Level I Marshall Plant Technician

  • Level II Marshall Plant Technician

  • Level I Superpave Plant Technician

  • Level II Superpave Plant Technician

  This is in addition to the QMS Roadway Technician.

Version 5.5 Changes

• The Approved Producer field has been enlarged to allow the full name to display.

Version 5.4 Changes

• The system no longer defaults 'Other' or 'New' for the Lot Construction type. It must be manually selected and is still a required field.

• Increased the size of the field for the Control Strip Average of 10 Readings to be 4 digits to the left of the decimal. This allows metric figures to be entered.

• The Contract Line Item will now be defaulted when only one is available for selection.

• Per a user request: Added the Vendor ID search field for the Paving Contractor data entry. If the Vendor ID is known, it can be typed into this field to retrieve the Paving Contractor. The search window is still available for when the Vendor ID is unknown.

• Reworked availability of Complete, PAR, and Void buttons to correspond with business process.

Version 5.2 Changes

• The QC Asphalt Nuclear Density module of HiCAMS provides tracking and logging of QC asphalt nuclear density test results in a centralized location. It also assists the RE office personnel with identifying failing lots based on the HMA/QMS density specifications.

• Only Pavement Construction Technician or Engineers will be allowed to complete lots with test type = "QC Substitution".
