Review IA Correlations

Version 5.5 Changes

• The Comment field is now editable on Completed IA Correlations. A notification stating that Comments provided/changed on/after Completion has been added to notify the appropriate personnel when a Comment has been edited after the IA record is in a Complete Status.

Version 5.4 Changes

• Corrected a problem with Overall Rating calculations in ABC and Asphalt Extraction by rounding each entry as it is entered instead of rounding the total.

• Expanded the Comment field to 1000 characters.

• Staff who are not the IA Inspector or Supervisor of the IA Correlation are now allowed to add comments under the following conditions:

  1. They are specified on the IA Correlation as Division Construction Engineer (only for IA Type = Asphalt Extraction), QA Supervisor (only for IA Type = Asphalt Extraction or Asphalt Core), Pavement Construction Engineer (only for IA Type = Asphalt Extraction), QA/QC Technician (only for IA Type = Nuclear Densities)
  2. They have update access to the IA Detail window Security Tag.

Version 5.1 Changes

• Corrected the sieve labels on the metric Asphalt Extraction Correlation Detail window, and added the display of points for 1"/25mm sieve.

• For ABC and Concrete Correlations: links are created only to acceptance samples taken within one (1) day.

New for Version 5.0

• The Independent Assurance (IA) module of HiCAMS provides automation for much of the comparative testing process, and allows the IA Section staff to perform daily verification tasks via the HiCAMS application on their desktop computers.

• The Review IA Correlations window will allow any HiCAMS user to search for and view any existing IA Correlation record(s), and will allow IA personnel to create new IA Correlation record(s).
