Issue Details:
	In order to reduce unnecessary paperwork, the Pavement Section is revising the distribution list for M&T Form 605 (Asphalt Roadway Inspector’s Daily Report).  Currently, the Resident Engineer is retaining the white copy, distributing the pink copy to the Division Engineer, and distributing the yellow copy to the Pavement Section. Effective immediately, the Pavement Section will no longer receive the yellow copy of the Form 605. Also, the pink copy of this form will no longer be transmitted to the Division, but should be forwarded directly to Materials and Tests. Division Engineers may forward their current Form 605 pink copies to Materials and Tests during the life of the project or send them upon project completion. Since the Divisions are not receiving the pink copy of Form 605, it is imperative that the Resident Engineers keep the Division Construction Engineer and QA Supervisor aware of any roadway related problems.  Please notify those within your Division which are affected by this change.
