The draw shall open on signal, except that from 7:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. the draw shall open for pleasure craft if signaled only on the hour.
Except that from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the third and fourth Saturday in September of every year, the draw need not open for vessels due to the Triathlon run.
