SBP ON-THE-JOB TRAINING COURSE (DESIGNED FOR OJT INSTRUCTORS)

This course is designed for OJT instructors. It is intended for all employees that have been identified as mentors, OJT instructors, or OJT trainers for the Skill Based Pay Program. The objectives of this course are:

To understand how on-the-job training is designed.

To understand the importance of matching the training to the training objectives.

To understand OJT learning guidelines.

This course is limited to a maximum of eight participants per session.

Prerequisites:

None

Course length: 1/2 day

PDH Hours: 0
