My name is BEAUTY-FLY. I am the MASCOT for the North Carolina Department of Transportation's Office of Beautification Programs.
My Job is to teach kids and adults to properly dispose of trash - recycling reusable materials and placing unwanted non-recyclable items in the correct trash collection receptacle i.e. a garbage can with a lid.
As a mascot the "Beauty-Fly" costume can be checked out for use in schools and social events to promote Anti-Litter efforts. Please call (919)715-3188 for more information.
Anyone volunteering to model the Mascot will find it lightweight, easy to wear and perfect for speaking to spectators.
Along with the "BEAUTY-FLY" costume, interested groups will receive "Don't Be A Litterbug" stickers, pencils, anti-litter activity lessons for children, and car litter bags for adults.
