This is a rendered plan for the Smith Creek
Parkway (U92 Project). This image show DOT's plans to mitigate
for a historic district area. The design includes a Mini Park
situated near the Taylor Public Housing the oldest Public
Housing in North Carolina. Also, a memorial site with parking
has been incorporated in the design.
