- Course Fee: $150.00 (non-refundable) for a private applicant send a check payable to "NCDOT - Materials & Tests Unit." Companies may send one total check if sending multiple people, but each person must fill out an application.
- For NCDOT employees, do not send a check, your division will be billed.
- This course is now offering 10 PDH towards your PE. Make sure you write the registration number on the application. You will also need to have the number when you attend the class.
