Exhibitors
We invite you to participate in the conference as an Exhibitor. NCDOT in conjunction with FHWA, TRB, EEGS, and the Geo-Institute is hosting this premier geophysics conference for the highway transportation community. The Geophysics-NDE conference has a strong tradition of bringing geophysicists and industry together with engineers, geologists and other DOT personnel to discuss applications of this important technology.
Typical exhibitor booth will have one 6’ x 18” skirted table and electrical outlet in exhibit area (see exhibitor booth floor plan below for more details). Larger exhibitor booth with a display larger than 10 feet requires two tables and two registration fees. Tables are allocated on the order that registration fees are received. Space for exhibitors is limited; therefore we encourage early registration from interested companies.
Exhibitor booth layout is subject to change without prior notice to make exhibitor room accessible to conference attendees.
Exhibitor registration fee includes entrance into all conference sessions, proceedings CD, refreshment breaks, Ice Breaker Reception, Lunches and Banquet for ONE (1) individual. All other persons/company representatives attending exhibits for all or a portion of the Conference must register as full Conference attendees.

Exhibit Schedule
- Set-up: Monday, December 1, 2008, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Tear-down: Thursday, December 4, 2008, before 2:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% refund is allowed if a written cancellation request is received on or before Thursday,
October 9th, 2008.
Sorry, no refunds after October 9th, 2008. All refund requests must be in writing
either by fax or email.
