Individual registration includes entrance into all conference sessions, proceedings CD, refreshment breaks, Ice Breaker Reception, Lunches and Banquet.
Exhibitor
Includes one 6' x 18" skirted table and electrical outlet in exhibit area. Exhibitor registration includes entrance into all conference sessions, proceedings CD, refreshment breaks, Ice Breaker Reception, Lunches and Banquet for ONE individual. Additional Company representatives must registered separately.
Student
Must be a currently enrolled student and present valid student ID at conference check-in. Student registration includes entrance into all conference sessions, proceedings CD, refreshment breaks, Ice Breaker Reception, Lunches and Banquet.
Guest
Guests may participate in conference social events (Ice Breaker Reception, Lunches and Banquet).
Cancellation Policy
A 50% refund is allowed if a written cancellation request is received on or before Monday,
November 3rd, 2008.
Sorry, no refunds after November 3rd, 2008. All refund requests must be in writing
either by fax or email.
Substitutions of Attendees: You may substitute attendees. This must be done in
writing either by fax or email prior to Friday, October 31st.
