Plotting Instructions

Using the Excel File -> Print menu, select the appropriate printer name.
Example: \\dot-ccpp01\IT211882

Click here to view the list of Microsoft and Postscipt queues for the HP laser printers.

Then click on the Properties button,


and set Paper Size to ANSI D


Select the Landscape Orientation, and click on OK.

Recommendation: select the Preview button, and in the preview window, select Setup.
Set Scaling option to Adjust to: 114%

Click on OK, and Print.
