Contractor submittals involving structural items received by the Structure Design Unit, Working Drawing Review Section, are listed on the spreadsheet. The list is arranged in the order they were received by this office and incorporates the most recent 50 calendar days. The last two columns show the status of the submittal. If our review has been completed, there will be a general response under the Status column (i.e. Accepted, Returned for Correction, Denied, …) along with its Letter Sent Date. For reviews that are still ongoing, Under Review will be shown for its Status. For detailed review comments, please refer to the stamped working drawings and the review letter.
This online version of the submittal listing is updated weekly, on Monday mornings usually by 10 AM. If your submittal does not appear on this listing, check with this office. For many projects, the contact information is shown in the Structure Section of the Contract, as a Project Special Provision entitled Submittal of Working Drawings.
