To enhance the overall efficiency of the Unit, all form letters have been added to the Structure Design Homepage under the Structure Design Support Page link. They will no longer be maintained by the Front Office staff; however, all written correspondence shall continue to be routed through the Front Office staff.

The form letters have been updated and now include data fields whereby the user simply double clicks on the data field and enters the appropriate information. After the necessary information has been entered, the user should attach the document to an email and send to the Front Office staff. The Front Office staff will save the document and print the document on letterhead.

Please discard any outdated or duplicate letters that you may have stored on your computer or in your files. If you have any comments or would like to add other form letters to the web page, please see Rodger Rochelle.
