The Bridge Construction Engineers took the opportunity to explain how the screed is set up to achieve the grade profile shown on the plans.
This discussion shed more light on the challenges of screeding for the cross-slope shown on plans especially when rollover occurs on the bridge or the bridge is on a heavy skew.
