Goldsboro Urban Area Long Range Transportation Plan

The Transportation Advisory Committee of the Goldsboro Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization adopted the 2030 Long Range Transportation Plan on September 28, 2004.  The 2030 LRTP has been approved by to the Federal Highway Administration.
