This study was initiated in response to a request from the Town of Boone to consider all of the alternatives that have been proposed for the Daniel Boone Parkway. The purpose of this study was to seek community input and develop information about the benefits and impacts of each alternative. As a result of this effort, alternatives were identified that will be studied in more detail later if the project gets funded in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)..
