Cleveland County
Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
This plan is a joint effort between Cleveland
County, Lake Norman Rural Planning Organization and
NCDOT. This plan will provide an update to the
existing Cleveland County Thoroughfare Plan.
The local elected officials, board members and
citizens will provide input on the development of
the plan.
