This study was initiated in response to a request from the Town of Boone to consider all of the alternatives that have been proposed for the Daniel Boone Parkway. The purpose of this study is to seek community input and develop information about the benefits and impacts of each alternative. The goal of this effort is to narrow the list of alternatives that will be studied in more detail later if the project gets funded in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
