Davidson County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The Davidson County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between Davidson County, the Piedmont Triad Rural Planning Organization, and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch.  Recommendations for the plan are currently being developed.

The Draft Davidson County CTP Maps and Recommendations have been developed for all parts of rural Davidson County, including  Denton,  Welcome and Tyro.  Public workshops are scheduled on November 16, 2009 at 5:30 pm in the Denton Town Hall and on December 3, 2009 at 5:30 pm in the West Davidson County Library.

The Draft Davidson County CTP Maps and Recommendations are available below.  Next year, Davidson County CTP will be up for adoption by the county and the Town of Denton.
