Lincoln County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The Lincoln County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between Lincoln County, Lake Norman Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT. The completed plan is the first mutually adopted transportation plan for Lincoln County. The CTP was endorsed by the Lake Norman Rural Planning Organization on November 28, 2005. The Lincoln County Commissioners on January 23, 2006 and the Board of Transportation on March 2, 2006 adopted the CTP.
