 Town of Norwood Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
This plan was a joint effort between the Town of Norwood, Rocky River RPO, and NCDOT.   The CTP was adopted by the Town of Norwood on November 3, 2008. The Rocky River RPO endorsed the plan on January 15, 2009.  The CTP was adopted by NCDOT Board of Transportation on April 2, 2009.
