 Town of Norwood Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
This plan is a joint effort between Stanly County, the Town of Norwood, the Rocky River Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT.  This plan will provide a comprehensive multi-modal plan for the town of Norwood and surrounding areas of southeast Stanly County.
