Oakboro - Red
Cross Comprehensive Transportation Plan
This plan is a joint effort between the Towns of
Oakboro and Red Cross, Rocky River Rural planning
organization and NCDOT. This plan will provide
un update to the existing Oakboro Thoroughfare Plan.
The local elected officials, board members and
citizens will provide input on the development of
the plan.
