Pitt County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The Pitt County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between the Pitt County, the Mid-East Rural Planning Organization, and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch. The Pitt County CTP was adopted by the Pitt County Council on October 17, 2005 and was formally endorsed by the Mid-East Rural Planning Organization on November 8, 2005. The North Carolina Board of Transportation approved the Pitt County CTP June 9, 2006.
