  Pitt County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
This Plan is a joint effort between Pitt County and NCDOT.  This plan will update an existing Pitt County Thoroughfare plan.  A public hearing for this plan was held on September 21, 2005.  The County Commissioners adopted the proposed plan on October 17, 2005.
