Rural Areas of Buncombe County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan was a joint effort between Buncombe County, Land-of-Sky RPO, and NCDOT. The CTP was adopted by Buncombe County on October 16, 2007. The CTP was adopted by NCDOT on January 10, 2008.
