Rural Areas of Haywood County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan was a joint effort between Haywood County, Land-of-Sky RPO, and NCDOT.  The CTP was adopted by Haywood County on October 15, 2007.  The CTP was adopted by NCDOT on January 10, 2008.
