Swansboro Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan is a joint planning effort between the Town of Swansboro, the Down East RPO and NCDOT.  
The Plan was initiated in January, 2005.   The recommendations have been approved by the Swansboro Town Commissioners on August 15th, 2006; and endorsed by the Down East RPO on September 26, 2006.   The Plan was mutually adopted by the North Carolina Board of Transportation on November 2, 2006.
