Yancey County Comprehensive Transportation Plan

This plan was a joint effort between the Town of Burnsville, Yancey County, High County RPO, and NCDOT.   The CTP was adopted by Yancey County on March 11, 2008 and by the Town of  Burnsville on April 3, 2008. The High County RPO endorsed the plan on May 21, 2008.

The CTP was adopted by NCDOT on July 10, 2008.
