Western Johnston County / Town of Clayton Transportation Plan Study

This plan is a joint effort between Johnston County, the Town of Clayton, the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, and NCDOT. This plan will provide an update to the existing Clayton Thoroughfare Plan and will create an initial plan for the area of Johnston County that is included in the study area. The area in this plan will be eventually incorporated in the Capital Area Metropolitan Plannning Organization (CAMPO) plan since this area joined CAMPO in 2005.
