The Plan is a joint effort between Edgecombe County, Upper Coastal Plain RPO and NCDOT.  This plan will create an updated plan for Edgecombe County.   Initial meetings have begun to start the study. The product of the study will be  a Comprehensive Transportation Plan  for Edgecombe County excluding the Rocky Mount Metropolitan Area Boundary. This page was last updated March 30, 2009.
