  Halifax County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
This plan is a joint effort between Halifax County, the Peanut Belt Rural Planning Organization and NCDOT. This plan will provide an update to the existing Roanoke Rapids / Weldon Thoroughfare plan and will create an initial plan for the Halifax County as a whole.
