 Kinston Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan was mutually adopted by the City of Kinston and NCDOT in 2008. Study documentation will be coming later this year.

A rail map was not created for this plan. The CTP rail map will be revisisted after a current GTP rail study is complete.
