Locust and Stanfield Comprehensive Transportation Plan
This plan, which is the first Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) for the state of North Carolina, resulted from a joint planning effort between the City of Locust, the Town of Stanfield and the NC DOT. The plan was adopted by Locust and Stanfield on May 6, 2004 and by the NC DOT Board of Transportation on June 3, 2004 and supersedes the 1985 City of Locust Thoroughfare Plan.
