Kinston Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan was a joint effort between the City of Kinston, the Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT. A public hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Transportation Plan will be held on July 16, 2007 at 7pm in the City Council Chambers on Queen Street (next to the Fire Station).
