Stanly County Comprehensive
Transportation Plan Study
This plan
is a joint effort between Stanly County, the Rocky
River Rural Planning Organization and NCDOT. This
plan will provide an update to the existing Stanly
County 2003 Thoroughfare Plan. The new
Comprehensive Transportation Plan area will consist
of the entire county area boundary, but will exclude
the Albemarle, Norwood and Badin communities. The
local elected officials, board members and citizens
will provide input on the development of the plan.
